AHS Building

Administration & Health Sciences Building

In 2022, a $14.4M bond was approved by Tillamook County voters, allowing Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) to construct a new Administration & Health Sciences Building. With another $8M from the Oregon Legislature and a $1.4M bond premium, $23.8M in bond dollars are available for this project.

The TBCC Administration & Health Sciences Building will be constructed next to the main campus building, with groundbreaking occurring in late spring 2024. The 28,000 square foot building has been designed by Opsis Architecture, with input from faculty, staff, students, and the community. The project managers working with the college are Wenaha Group. The building should be ready to open by fall 2025.

The building will provide the college with the capacity to add a nursing program, and additional healthcare occupations training programs, and provide space to expand and add new degrees and certificates to meet the community’s growing workforce training needs. The new building will include state-of-the-art simulation labs, high-tech classrooms, office space, and a large-scale community space for conferences, trainings, and locally hosted events. The facility is expected to open in 2025.

Current Parking Map

As construction on the Administration & Health Sciences Building continues, access to campus has changed. This is a permanent change to campus access, starting on January 20, 2026.

Drivers: Turn onto Marolf Loop Road from Third Street and then take a left on Brookfield Avenue by the Swiss Hall. From there, turn onto the NEW campus access road. Please note that access from Third Street will be permanently closed, and the overflow gravel parking lot is now designated as the CDL Training Lot, which is not for public use.

Bus riders: The bus will continue to stop at the PRI building. To access the main campus area, use the designated crosswalk, travel on the sidewalk to the staircase entrance to the main campus area off Third Street.
