Degrees and Certificates

TBCC offers a variety of certificates and degrees that can help lead to family wage jobs and advancement in a variety of fields. Certificates take fewer credit hours to complete and Associate degrees can be completed in two years if attending full-time (15 or more credits per term) in most cases.

Sometimes you know the field you want to study and other times you may need a little help getting started. If you are trying to figure out what you would like to do, we are here to help. What is a Career Pathway

Career Pathway is a series of connected education and training opportunities with student support services that enable individuals to secure a job or advance in a field that is high wage and high demand. Career Pathways Roadmaps provide students, advisors and counselors, returning students, and the community with a visual tool that shows options and opportunities and helps them make choices as they design their education and career plans. Each Roadmap includes common information elements and follows standards so that all Roadmaps have a similar look across the State of Oregon.  Roadmaps are included on the degree page for the program you are interested in.
