Welding

Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly skilled candidate to serve as a full-time welding faculty. This person will also work closely in a team environment with other Office of Instruction personnel who support the goals and objectives of the instructional programs and services of the college.
Tillamook Bay Community College is located 85 miles west of Portland on the beautiful North Oregon Coast in Tillamook, Oregon; the county seat of Tillamook County. The County has a population of 26,000 and TBCC serves over 2,060 students per year.

Mathematics

College and Area Information
Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly skilled candidate to serve as a full-time Mathematics faculty. This person will also work closely in a team environment with other Office of Instruction personnel who support the goals and objectives of the instructional programs and services of the college.

Adjunct Faculty Positions
Chemistry

Ongoing Need with flexible day or evening scheduling Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in any field and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with at least 6 graduate hours in CHEM (or Master’s degree in Chemistry). Instructors will provide fundamental introduction of the general principles of chemistry, atomic structure, mole concept, stoichiometry, and gas laws,  Course will have limited hands-on lab components.

Electrical Instructor

Electrical Instructor

Must hold a current Oregon Journeyman Electrical License. Course content covers basic and advanced electrical theory including motor controls, system installation, and the interpretation of electrical code.

Hydrualics Instructor

Hydraulics Instructor

Course content includes hydraulic theory, motors, pumps, valves, and proportional hydraulics.

Math

Minimum Qualifications: Master’s in any field and a Bachelor’s degree in Math with at least 6 graduate hours in Math (or Master’s degree in Math). Math 111 and Higher

PCL Instructor

PLC Instructor

Course content covers Programmable Logic Controller installation, code, and troubleshooting. The college uses Rockwell Automation software for the class.
