Administration and Support Staff
Administrative and Project Coordinator - Instruction

Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly skilled candidate to serve as primary administrative and project management support to the Chief Academic Officer (CAO). The CAO manages and oversees all instructional activities and services of the college. This person will also work closely in a team environment with other Office of Instruction personnel who support the goals and objectives of the instructional programs and services of the college.

Under the direction of and in close collaboration with the Chief Academic Officer, the Administrative and Project Coordinator – Instruction will assist and support the CAO in providing overall academic planning and assessment and instructional support, in shaping the college’s academic policies and procedures and sustaining academic standards, and will provide both administrative and coordinative assistance to the CAO while assisting with special projects and instructional initiatives.

The Administrative and Project Coordinator – Instruction must be able to act as a member of the team, have highly developed interpersonal skills, and have the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.

Customized Training/SBM Coordinator

Tillamook Bay Community College (TBCC) is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly skilled candidate to serve as a Customized Training/SBM Coordinator.  This person will develop and implement a customized training program at TBCC and work with faculty and others to identify potential training opportunities and find out from businesses throughout Tillamook County what training is needed and then put together programs to meet those needs.  This person will also assist the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) with confidential small business counseling/training and development of a Small Business Management (SBM) program.

Visit Tillamook Coast Marketing and Admin Assistant

Visit Tillamook Coast, the official tourism organization of Tillamook County, Oregon is seeking a full time marketing and administrative assistant to support the objectives of tourism development.

This position provides marketing, administrative, and secretarial support to the Tourism Director and tourism organization for a range of programs and marketing development for the tourism industry of Tillamook County

Adjunct Faculty Positions

Tillamook Bay Community College is growing; and we are expanding our offerings!

 

Biology:

Summer Quarter and Ongoing with flexible day or evening scheduling

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s in any field AND a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with at least 6 graduate hours in BIO (or Master’s degree in Biology).

Chemistry:

Ongoing Need with flexible day or evening scheduling

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s in any field and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with at least 6 graduate hours in CHEM (or Master’s degree in Chemistry).

Foreign Language:

First Year Spanish: Three quarter sequence using active speaking and immersion techniques

Electrical Theory and Code:

Part-time, evenings. Courses are held at North Coast Recreation District in Nehalem.

Journeyman electrician to provide instruction on electrical theory and electrical code for apprentices in our three electrical programs.
