Equity and Inclusion

Equity and Inclusion

TBCC’s Equity and Inclusion Committee was formed in 2017 to build the cultural competence of staff, faculty, and students and to lead the college in becoming a more equitable environment. The committee’s mission is to build an infrastructure that supports diversity and promotes inclusion in alignment with the TBCC mission and strategic plan.
