Partners for Rural Innovation Center

Creating a Strong Future for Tillamook County.

In 2017, the Partners for Rural Innovation Center opened as home to the Oregon State University Extension, Open Campus, the TBCC Agriculture and Natural Resource degree program, Tillamook Economic Development Council, Small Business Development Center, and Visit Tillamook Coast tourism team. It will support innovation, entrepreneurship, job readiness and post-secondary degree attainment for citizens of Tillamook County.  It is a shared commitment and investment in long-term economic vitality and the educational needs of Tillamook County.

The community accomplished a huge fundraising effort to match state funding for the project with 76 individuals, 19 businesses and seven foundations contributing to raise more than $1.9 million to bring this new learning center to our community. Thank you to everyone who helped to create this community resource. We encourage you to stop in for a visit and enjoy this new addition to the TBCC Campus which sits across from the Tillamook County Fairgrounds on Third Street.

Partnering on projects that demonstrate creative and sustainable solutions that address common needs and aspirations for Tillamook County is how we will sustain the future of our community. We value and appreciate our community’s commitment to Tillamook County.
